My rollover nights for Diamond became visible almost instantaneouly. Don't remember the exact date, but it certainly must have been during the first ten days of January. But, as ProjectSunburst already replied, the answer to the OP's questions is no and no. I might be over halfway towards Diamond requalification as measured by nights, but my milestone counter stands at 11 nights for the year (so no rollover there).
