Galileo is a Global Distribution System formerly used by United (under the name Apollo -- it's complicated). I would guess that Vietnam Airlines (VN) probably uses it.
There's nothing to be particularly worried about here. UA sometimes gets the wrong PNR information for other airlines. I agree with the suggestion to try your ticket number (on your receipt, starts with 016), and if that doesn't work, call VN, identify yourself, and ask for your confirmation number.
