If it's because it's an award stay and you don't have any other charges, and you charge the resort fee to your room, then yes. All room charges at a resort on the list qualify for the resort fee.

But of course, you'll only get the credit for the amount you charge. If that's way less than $250, you'll get way less than $250 credit.
