You just have to call in and ask for it to be reopened. It took two weeks last time I did that, but some have reported a new, quicker process that gets them reopened much quicker.
What info do you need to have them re-open the certificate? A buddy of mine has been on with two agents who want flight confirmation numbers ticket numbers etc. Any help would be appreciated.
