Comments: Asked for upgrade in chat, upgraded to better room in same category, I don't believe this hotel has suites. Upon getting to hotel in early PM, was told there would be a wait for upgraded room so my fiancee and I took the standard room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I stay at the Courtyard Munich for business with some frequency and would definitely stay there hands down.

Comments: Asked for upgrade via email about a week before the stay. They said this is the busiest time of year but they'd see what they could do. Got a really nice balcony room with a bottle of red wine and some Czech pastry upon our arrival. Lounge was open 24/7 with a very stocked fridge. Good food that changed daily in the afternoons and evening. Breakfast was solid in the lounge. Would stay again.

Comments: Asked for upgrade via GM email about a week before our stay. Jokingly said that the Prince of Wales suite was still available and my fiancee and I would love to have it. Looked at our reservation the day we were checking in and saw the upgrade! This room was incredible. 1200+ sq. ft, it was truly an apartment. Huge parlor, 1.5 bath. Very baroque elegant style. Breakfast was served in the restaurant and was excellent in both variety of options and quality. Definitely the most incredible upgrade of the trip, but not our favorite one.

Comments: Asked for upgrade via GM email, never got a reply. But it must've gotten through! The suite was incredible, directly next to the Elisabeth bridge separating Buda and Pest. Heated marble floors in the bathroom. Automatic blinds were very clean. Excellent modern style. Had chocolate strawberries and a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in the room. The entire mini-bar including alcohol and snacks is complimentary and they refill it daily, which was extremely generous! The elevators made us feel like we were in a space ship. Great breakfast and excellent coffee. Our favorite hotel and upgrade of the trip. Beautiful hotel and city.

Comments: Asked for upgrade in chat, upgraded to Bristol suite. Very fancy hotel, and the suite was very nice but not on the level of the Bristol in Vienna or Matild Palace. Breakfast was excellent here as well, with many options.

Comments: Asked for upgrade in chat, upgraded to Junior suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Nice quiet hotel that is literally across the street from the Chopin airport (50 foot walk). Lounge was great for an airport hotel, and the service here was especially great. Room was extremely cheap too, booked for $65 for the night.

Comments: Asked for upgrade in chat, didn't pan out. Have stayed here before just for one night in 2019. But hotel was excellent and extremely attentive. Asked for late checkout at 3PM and granted. Not only did they let us leave our luggage behind the front desk for about 5 hours while we had tea at Hotel Corinthia and dinner afterwards, but they drove us to the Corinthia after checking out of their hotel in their electric BMW because taxis were taking longer than expected.
Overall wonderful experience through Europe without using a single SNA. European hotels truly do honor and value status.
