BA E-store and Marriott not getting Avios
Hi All,
I've just gone through five bookings I have made with Marriott through the BA E-store from June to November last year and I haven't gotten the Avios for any of these.
I've gone through the BA E-store account and the bookings seem to have been recorded, yet no Avios have been given. I haven't changed or modified the bookings and completed the stays, yet nothing. I have submitted missing Avios queries and I'm still waiting on a response.
Has anyone else had this issue?
