I share Dave Noble's confusion. If there is a LA booking confirmation (e.g. if there is a LATAM flight in the lot, though op mentions all IB flights) then it does not raise any issue per se, but if any of the flights are LA coded (ie coded as LA 1234 despite being operated by IB), then you won't get any TPs. You may get some avios (depending on fare class etc) as LA is BAEC non-OW partner and some avios may thus be earned.
