Not sure where to post this, but I'll give it a shot here.

I am arriving at Logan (Terminal E) on a BA flight from London. My outbound flight is not on the ticketed itinerary (don't get me started AA screwed me). I have a separate flight on Delta. I know at Atlanta there's a desk to recheck inside the customs area (normally, you don't stop there, you just put your bags on the outbound belt). Is there a way for me to check my bags there without having to schlep them over to the Terminal A ticket counters?
