If you read the Sky Club Access page on delta.com, it seems that the language for Amex Platinum and Centurion cardholders has been updated and they no longer have access on Delta-marketed / WestJet-operated flights on 006/DL ticket stock.

The whole entry changed, so I'm not sure if it's intentional or an oversight.
