Fun fact that a Delta agent told me - you can always scan your Medallion barcode to board a flight or check into a SkyClub. I had a similar issue where my boarding pass would not come up and it actually did work!
It is a fun fact -- I once boarded a flight by scanning a Sky Club membership card back when I had one (you can use anything that is tied to your SkyMiles account) -- but good luck getting through security with just your Medallion barcode...
