CommuteAir (silly) has crew bases at DEN, IAH and IAD and is currently United's only regional with the 145. Reportedly C5 will transition out of DEN (to be replaced by Mesa) and open an ORD base, as the ERJs are seriously performance-limited at DEN with FAA winter weights, but that remains to be seen.
