TK will rebook you on the next available flight, i.e. TK68 shortly after midnight. If you want to be rebooked to a later flight you have ask for it (at the gate, lounge desks or transfer desks) but you will not be eligible for a free transfer hotel as you are no longer on the shortest possible connection (when asking for later flight). I doubt a Stopover hotel can be booked on such short notice as the requirement is minimum 72 hours in advance but you can try. Otherwise book a hotel on your own.
