well that's the thing, isn't it? The airlines aren't dumb, there are only a small handful of airports where multiple skyteam airlines operate their own lounges, and most of those cases are weird exceptions (e.g. BOS, where AF is in E and DL basically had no presence there, so opportunities for lounge hopping were pretty limited by the logisitics of having to access each terminal separately).
