Confirmed with the flight attendant on the flight that my flight was in fact the very first commercial flight for KLM with PC on the 789. I had a bit of a fiasco making the flight so I was just in Economy Comfort, sadly. PC OLCI offer got as low as 209Euro and J offer as low as 529Euro. Posting in OLCI thread now as well.
