Very simplified service with no pre-meal beverage!
Everything was served in one tray with no separate linen service. Breads – two slices of garlic bread and one soft olive roll – were pre-placed at each tray. Not sure what is the rush! Meal service was done within forty minutes after takeoff. It was okay between Hong Kong and Taiwan/the Philippines/Hanoi, but for Thailand, there should be a separate mixed nuts service with linen. The service was rushed with no reason.
The meal itself was good except the soft olive roll. I like the Thai curry pork and the shrimp and mixed vegetable salad.
