Redemption award cancellation - help!
We cancelled two IB+ Avios redemptions on IB's own metal. In one case, we received an email and taxes less the €25 per ticket were refunded into the account. The avios were not returned. The other case we received nothing. We made several calls to the IB+ service centre. Each time they say everything looks OK to them, they give a case reference (date of call+a number) and tell us to wait a few days. It's been almost a month. Any ideas?
