If you have your BP and dont need to deal with anything at ticket counters at TBIT and your goal is to get to the AC then yes clear security at T4. And no there is no need to re clear. Leaving the T4 AC you will make a left and another left and see signs and go up the escalator and be on your way through the corridor that connects 4 to B. 159 is the closest gate to T4 but you have to go all the way to the center of B before walking all the way back to get to 159. I would estimate 10 to 13 min.
