Between the adults-only Zilara, adult-oriented Zoëtry, adults-only Secrets and adults-only Breathless brands - all of whom have a collective 38 properties across the four brands, I genuinely fail to see the point of Vivid. From this customer's eyes, Hyatt is much better off planting more flags from its portfolio rather than springing yet another brand on us, and one which will almost certainly be slow to grow and remain with under 10 hotels in a single geographic region for the next 20 years.
