This airline is a nightmare come true when they cancel a flight and you request a refund. The communication is pathetic; they literally don't want to know you or extend any understanding or empathy. Currently still in the purgatory of waiting to see if, when and in what form I'll be refunded despite asking for cc refund.
Blacklist this airline for sure. Horrid experience.
