I just checked, ANA has availability from HND to ITM (the domestic airport in Osaka. Yes, I booked with miles for the LAX - HND.

Originally we were booked on LAX - NRT on United but recently United dropped that flight to do LAX - HND. We were rebooked on LAX-SFO-NRT which wasn't terrible but on a 777-200. I really wanted to do 787. I called and asked to be booked on the direct flight from LAX - HND and it's now done.
