Does the Bonvoy app work here, digital key and chat with front desk?
The digital key has never worked for me , and the chat with front desk option has never been made available in app with this property in my experience. Upgrade doesn’t show prior to check-in, and should you be upgraded after check-in, the new room type is not updated in the app.
