Are you sure? I just cancelled a booking I paid 5250 Avios + £17.50 for.
Refund was 5250 Avios + £17.00... £0.50 cancellation fee.
Terms do say cancellation fee is up to £35.00 capped at the RFS rate... which is £0.50 on LHR-GVA?
