Tried to refund a ticket issued a few days ago via web. When I clicked the "cancel" button in the email confirmation the app page displayed the ticket (don't have the LH App installed) details but there was no option to cancel the entire booking, only to rebook it. I was forced to call service centre to do the job.
Really very helpful, indeed.
