Flew several EVA PE's in the recent months, first time flying EVA so not much to compare to, just in general hard product is very old. There was an issue on each of my flight (not my seat but other pax), including broken AC vents, stuck chairs, TV's mot working. Not PE but on one flight they had to move someone in J to PE too for the landing since their seat was broken. Food is just whatevers, entertainment selection is barebones. I usually fly CX and the difference is night and day.
