On the fleet discussion, the ZW fleet has already begun a slow drawdown. I believe the announcement said that the transition to American would begin in March, lasting into/through summer. The first couple of planes have gone to paint (and one or two have been sold). ZW would probably continue on some UAX routes for a while, to keep planes and crews in the air as painting progresses.
ATW is a unique situation since ZW is based there. That could be interesting for crew scheduling. I anticipate some confused announcements about MileagePlus vs AAdvantage.

ZW has a crew base in Dayton. Not sure if that would indicate anything as far as their transition.
Interestingly, PSA airlines is based out of Dayton and flies for American.
