I just called in to have this done for to apply a credit from a pervious trip that both my wife I and I had for a future trip with both me and Mrs. KBmiflyer. They were able to process both credits but ended up splitting the reservation anyway, so would have just been easier for me to book them separately. The reservations are still linked so hopefully we both get upgrades. The poor phone rep did her best but you could tell she was exasperated a few times by the system.
