They need to see the rate and all terms displayed exactly as it is on hilton.com on the third-party site. Even the slightest difference, like third-party having cancellation deadline of 11:59pm on January 1, while Hilton having it as midnight on January 1 (literally a one minute difference), will result in a claim denied.
To be fair this is nearly a full day difference, so that seems fine to reject
Some sites have the wording “Before midnight (00:00) on the 2nd January” while Hilton says “Up to 23:59 on the 1st January”, and I have had those accepted due to being the same
