I did this exact flight a few months ago. AA can print the BP but make sure you have all necessary COVID docs for Bolivia, I didn’t have one and there was some back and forth before a supervisor determined I just needed it prior to arrival, not to check in (G3 actually distributes it on the flight). There is an I-I transfer in GRU that shouldn’t take much time that early in the morning. The signs directing you to it aren’t that great, but there should be someone standing in front with a clipboard who will check off your name. Essentially you turn left just before you would turn left for immigration, just look for the security set up. As others mentioned it’s then a 10-15 minute walk to the other terminal where GOL has a basic lounge you can sit in until the VVI flight departs.
On the return the transfer was just as easy, so assuming all goes smoothly with the OPs flight an hour will be fine. There’s also a GRU-MIA flight that departs around midnight they could potentially reroute OP on if necessary. However, if the earlier AEP-GRU flight is available would recommend taking that instead.
