If it can reassure you I had similar issue with W6 which gives you 5% of the value on Wizz credits (useful to me for some direct flights with them).
It took me months to get money credited back but I got it. As far as I understood in the many emails, there was an issue with Booking IT system.
Leaving apart the W6 cashback, you get more miles with other FF programs: in KLM they give you 2x miles per Eu spent.
A3 and LH give you only 1x mile per Eu spent.
