I keep having an issue where I have reserved a coach BOB meal in the app. Then get upgraded at around T-20 ish. When I board the FA says I can have my BOB plated, but there isn't a FC meal for me/my seat because i had already placed that other order. Is this common? its not every time. I can't tell if it is a system/software glitch or an "FA" glitch
