Hi all, somewhat frequent lurker of this subforum. My company’s renegotiated rates at all Tokyo chain hotels and now all stack up pretty much identically for a base room. What would you choose between for (pretax):

Park Suite Twin at PHT for ~$450
Tower Deluxe View at Andaz for ~$320
Club level exec room at RC for ~$300

Am Glob and Plat if that matters. Not expecting a further upgrade at the RC. I’m staying in May to celebrate the dad’s 60th.
