Dear all,

I plan to buy two tickets separately (SIN-BKK by SQ and BKK-HKG by EK). To be more specific:
SIN-BKK SQ708 0935 - 1100
BKK-HKG EK384 1445 - 1740
In fact, the purpose of the trip is to experience EK's suite, and the only way for a single ticket is to change the first leg to a code-shared Jetstar's flight 3K511 0700-0840. However, it is not allowed to ticket a mixed cabin according to Emirates.

I have no checked baggage, so there is no need to do baggage through check. I am wondering the following things :
1. Whether I can get two boarding passes at Changi airport? I think this may depend on the Changi counter. Does anyone have recent data points?
2. If not, is it possible to use the transit counter at BKK to get the EK boarding pass without clearing immigration? What do you think of this time arrangement?
3. Buy Jetstar's flight. But I can only buy economy for both legs. Will it be easier to get both boarding passes?
4. Buy economy in a single ticket, and upgrade the second leg to the suite.

Some things I have done:
1. Call Singapore airlines hotline +65 62238888. I tried both Chinese and English services. Chinese staff replied with a "No". while English staff said they cannot provide accurate information on it, and advised me to contact Changi Airport.
2. Call Changi Airport, staff said that she cannot directly contact the airport counter, and provided SQ's hotline.
3. Call Suvarnabhumi airport. Got a response that I should contact Emirates.
4. Online chat with Emirates. Got a response that Emirates has agreements with SQ, and I may contact SQ for getting two boarding passes in SIN. And for transit information, I should contact the Emirates Thailand office. But I cannot connect to the office via +66 27873387.
