Same thoughts than craigthemif. For 60% (72K) of what could be 120k points from 12K USD spend (keep in mind that the 12K need to be nett, without taxes, service charges etc.) the 200$ investment into AMB could be well worth it and pay for itself plus you get a free weekend night certificate too (read up on usage).

OP have to understand that despite prepaying 30 days out (this is exactly why I don't book Six Senses), points will only post when the stay is completed. If you don't show up then your prepayment is forfeit (likely) and no points will be forthcoming either. Make sure you can really go and have a good travel insurance. The money at stake is huge in your case.
