you could see obvious signs of wear and tear / age like broken fixings, yellow ceilings and stained furniture nothing good maintenance and some new furniture couldn’t fix.
Besides the sometimes-janky light controls and some really torn leather in the cabinet under the coffee maker where the minibar used to be (now under the TV stand), I really didn't notice any maintenance issues or wear-and-tear on the furniture.
