Agree with the bag and particularly the PSL. The first I personally do not use since hand luggage only, but the PSL has come in handy a few times when I had IRROPS. fully agree that is a big plus. Do not agree so much with the lounge benefit of PFL. While with Priority pass or an expensive credit card you may not enter KL/AF lounges, you get others. On any flight with any carrier. As for the purser - yes, I once got a handwritten note on my chair (business AF long haul) in French how happy they were with my loyalty...George Cloony movie flashback...but I would not pay 1000s of Euros for that ;-)
As others indicated, buying SAF has become a nice way of getting XP (apparently you even can buy them with miles and convert in this way miles to XP). One poster apparently even 1 XP for `1 Euro - curious how that worked! Normally it seems 10 Euro SAF for an XP.
