Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked an Upgraded Classic Room (requested non-smoking). A couple weeks before arrival, my reservation online changed to a 1 King Bed Premium Mid-Floor (smoking) and then later to a 1 King Bed Classic High Floor (non-smoking). At check-in, received a 1 King Bed Classic on the 31st floor.

How are the rooms?
The hotel is undertaking a massive room renovation this year. As during my previous stay last Summer, the bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very clean, and I had a nice view towards the southwest facing Roppongi. Very quiet.

How is the exec. lounge?

What was good and what was bad?
The good:
- This hotel guest rooms went all non-smoking on January 30, 2023
- Staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful
- Received all Ambassador benefits, including 4:00 PM checkout
- Received 2000 yen credit for in-room or on-premises dining
- Very large in-room dining menu to choose from; allows you to order various dishes from their many excellent restaurants
- For those on a budget, several economical convenience stores and coffee shops are a short walk from the hotel
- Easy access and a short walk to the Tameike-Sanno Tokyo Metro subway station entrance

The bad:
- Wish I had been upgraded to the slightly larger 1 King Bed Premium High Floor (32 square meters) which I enjoyed during my previous non-Ambassador stay (although I booked a 1 King Bed Classic High Floor for that stay as a Platinum Elite and I understand the hotel upgrade policy probably precluded me from receiving such an upgrade on this stay)
- Airport Limousine Bus service to and from Haneda Airport is still suspended (one way cab fare I paid is 7910 yen using toll roads)

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Convenient location and good value for price paid. This was my second stay at this location and look forward to staying here again after the room upgrades are completed
