Having trouble as well trying to to BTC on SQ24 to JFK; either not saving, or changing what I chose, after multiple attempts. And I'm not on a codeshare ticket. Going to try calling the local BKK office tomorrow morning. Can anyone confirm the meal services on SQ24? They show up as "Lunch", "Ala Carte", and "Refreshment". Lunch obviously is served after take-off and has BTC option. Ala Carte is a mid-flight meal? Approximately when is it served? It also has a BTC option. Refreshment has​​​​​​​ no BTC option. I assume this is served near the end of the flight?
