I’ve never heard of a double upgrade before so I’m sure the seat number is incorrect, and looking on the website it displays a seat in row 11.

I’m wondering if anyone knows what’s happened ‘behind the scenes’ to list the seat in row 3? I’ll head straight for row 11 onboard to avoid the ‘walk of shame’ but is this a frequent occurrence? Surely must be frustrating for the crew to have to sort out if it is.
Double upgrades do indeed happen, and if the most recent boarding pass displays 3B that is most likely your seat. I'd be inclined to get a boarding pass from one of the machines when you get to T5 and see what it says.

The loads for the flight to Islamabad are:
J2 C1 D0 R0 I0 W2 E0 T0 Y5 B1 H0 K0 M0 L0 V0 S0 N0 Q0 O0 G0
So BA might be rolling people forward...
