I understand we don't earn hilton points on room rates for OTA booking, but do we earn points on spending for incidentals like dining, spa, etc.?

I was able to add my Hilton number to a third party booking, knowing I won't earn points on room rate for that booking, but perhaps can still earn points on incidentals.
