Worldclubber unless you can do it online through the Singapore Airlines Manage Booking like I fluked with my forthcoming July flight (codeshare), you don't have much hope.
Thanks for confirming that calling is a waste of time. Tried it through LH and the European SQ office for several pre-Covid flights and it never worked. And this time, again, the online system returns an error and tells me to call SQ. Will eat at the TPR and just top up on board if something tickles my fancy. Not the end of the world, but find some aspects of SQ consistently disappointing. Just had SQ as one of the choices for another F ticket later this year and have decided to go for the alternative.
