There is a first class arrival immigration option in Narita, but it is only available to actual first class passengers. The airline will hand out invitations to access the lanes. No invitation no access. And only for non resident foreign passport holders. JAL has given me the invitations, but I could not use them. Haneda has never had that.

For departure, there is are no special immigration lines for first class at either airport.
