The HS and HGI share a building that is across the street from the Marriott Waterfront. If you want to minimize your commute, I'd first go with the Marriott. Otherwise either the HS or HGI depending on what you desire WRT your HH benefits.
If you are willing to walk (climatic conditions permitting) and would prefer a waterside hotel, go with the Canopy.
