Got it. Looks like UA sub'd in another aircraft for use to LAS. The delayed aircraft from TPA is heading to SAN.

That said, FR24 clearly says 8190 - see screenshot. Searchable on Flightaware as well. UA does not normally do these for replacement flight numbers...
