If you have top end status, the breakfast and suite upgrade benefits will be better with Hyatt. Earning and redemption will be slightly worse with Hyatt for most people, although redemption rates were never that great with Marriott. If you don't have Globalist status with Hyatt, this is probably a net negative given how easy its become to get Marriott Platinum status.
