How are the rooms?
26sqm. Renovated in 2017. Clean and bright colours. Proper work station and relax chair w/small table. Sony 43 inch LCD TV (not Android TV), capsule coffee maker (not Nespresso), small bathtub and rainfall shower. Well appointed room, but a little bit cramped, to be honest.

How is the exec. lounge?
Still holds a largest Club Lounge in Osaka. But operation is not back to before COVID-19 yet. Now operation hour is 15:00-20:00, breakfast is offered at the all day dining in the lobby floor. Food & Beverage selection is a little bit declined.

The former management is gone. This hotel has been a lost cause for the past five years. Now this hotel seems to be backed a good hotel.
