redbirdsj , I reached out to the PHT directly. PHT could not sleep my party of 9 in two Park suites. My prior concierge (was promoted and I was assigned a new concierge after reservations were made) made an error (children age issue) on my reservations. Hyatt resolved the issue to my satisfaction...I prefer not to go into details what the resolution was. My new concierge, proposed a solution and it was approved by someone higher up. It was painless and resolved promptly.
For reasons unrelated to the PHT reservation issue, we moved our stay to the Andaz.
What an unnecessarily cryptic and ultimately pointless post.
