I would challenge if those who swear by the BA horozontal beds have actually experienced the QF Skybed?? I have used both and now actually prefer the QF Skybed. The slight slope is not a problem for me and I find the extra width and length a greater advantage than being a few degrees closer to the pitch of the aircraft. And how many times have we seen posting about sleeping backwards in F seats (ie horozontal) due wanting to keep head higher than feet?? That is not an option in BA J beds due to the very narrow feet section.
But either way, you should be able to sleep and enjoy the flihgt experience.
