Norwegian and Flyr did compete with SK on the most popular Norwegian Domestic, intra-Scan and vacation routes. Ryan only competed on some vacation routes, but did nothing domestically in Norway or intra-Scan . They actually flew to some 2nd and 3rd tier European cities that SK didn't service, so it wasn't all skimming the cream.
