Tonight (and tomorrow night) is going to be goulash, made with some purported grass-fed organic beef. Not just plain ol' vanlila goulash but fiaker goulash. Never saw any hint of it in Wien but maybe we weren't dining where the mob that hangs around Stephansplatz eat. Don't have brine pickles so it ill have to be bread 'n butter ones, and don't have any Wieners/Frankfurters so chorizos will have to do.
