General LHR Tips / EV experience?
Looking for feedback and any information generally on renting from Hertz at LHR.

Specifically I’ve reserved an EV class - “Tesla Model 3 or similar”

Does anyone have recent experience renting an EV from LHR Hertz?

So far, hertz customer service has been wildly non responsive - at least not with a helpful response anyway.

Any input is appreciated.
